Marketing Lead

About The position
We are currently seeking a Marketing Lead who can creatively identify and engage prospective clients in the healthcare industry (Hospital, Pharma, MedDevice) for our full suite of content marketing solutions. This position will support the senior sales team by coordinating outreach to the identified prospective healthcare organizations and assist with administrative duties. There is opportunity for advancement within the organization, as BroadcastMed is in a planned growth mode. The Marketing Lead will report directly to the Director of Content Marketing and Promotions & Director of Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced market research to identify strategic contacts & accounts
- Proficiently write email, social media and PR to help generate new business appointments
- Schedule, coordinate and administrate outreach campaigns
- SalesForce CRM administration
- Collaborate on RFP’s, meetings, presentations, etc.
- Manage sales focused portion of BroadcastMed’s website
- Generate regular reports on new business development
- Experience with Marketo or another Email Service Provider a strong plus
Required experience:
- 1-2 years experience in sales, marketing or digital media
Associate Director, Account Development

About The position
The Associate Director, Account Development manages and expands relationships with our existing client organizations and develops new strategic channel partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales expansion goals by opportunistically identifying, qualifying and developing new opportunities within our “trophy case” of existing clients, representing the biggest brand names in healthcare. Additionally, you will uncover new, and manage existing, channel partnerships with leading medical advertising, communication, education and event planning firms. Reporting to the Director, Business Development, you will be responsible for building relationships across all levels of our client organizations and developing creative strategies to keep BroadcastMed as a top-of-mind provider of content marketing solutions. This will require the successful candidate to provide training, marketing materials, face-to face presentations, and attend industry events.
Responsibilities
- Establishes productive, professional relationships within new divisions of our existing accounts
- Implements and manages the programs and procedures required to effectively and efficiently create successful sales and product development relationships with new contacts within our existing accounts
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including promotions, client relations, content creation and technology, to meet challenges facing new business units within our existing accounts as well as those of channel partners
- Meets assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives
- Proactively develop an understanding of account organizational structure, performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive and complete relationship
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates account and channel partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Manages sales efforts by fostering excellent communication internally and externally
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary BroadcastMed personnel.
Required experience:
- 3+ years related experience in sales and account relationship management
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
- BA / BS degree
- In-depth understanding of sales administration process, including implementing and managing new account and channel relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Focus on details, execution and cross-functional communication
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Hands on experience with with SalesForce CRM
- Experience in understanding and navigating large, highly complex account organizational structure
Content Marketing Strategist

About The position
As a Content Marketing Strategist, you will own a portfolio of clients and be a key advisor in the implementation of their digital publishing platform and video content marketing strategy. A Content Marketing Strategist should have strong leadership skills, being able to lead a cross-functional team, assess client needs, manage effective communication externally and internally, report against results, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team including video producers and editors, digital marketing, website designers, and developers
- Successfully meet deadlines, while remaining within scope and budget for all projects
- Provide ongoing support, transformation advice, and account oversight
- Participate in client calls and communications
- Take initiative to deliver a superior client experience
- Manage client expectations in the delivery of contract services, coordinate efforts of a cross-functional team ensuring timeliness and quality at each step
- Be the expert on product deliverables, satisfying client’s needs, and product features, benefits and advantages
- Make recommendations on video production and content marketing
- Other duties as assigned
Required experience:
- 5+ years professional experience
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
- BA / BS degree
- Flexibility to travel about 30%
